I take into account your preferences and day-to-day life to create a challenging yet realistic plan for YOUR personal goals.



Once you sign up here to your program of choice, you'll receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out. There you'll upload your evaluation photos as well.

After you submit your questionnaire & photos, you'll receive a confirmation email from me. The info from the questionnaire will help me design the ideal workout routine and/or meal plan specifically for YOU.

You'll receive your customized program within 1-3 days. I'll make ongoing weekly updates to your exercise routine and/or meal plan based on your progress. This is what ensures your results.
