Upon sign up, you will receive an intake questionnaire to fill out so I can learn about your lifestyle, dietary preferences & personal fitness goals.
What does online coaching include?
Customized meal plan: Diet to be followed daily, fully customized from scratch by ME, for YOU. In the meal plan I include brand recommendations and a list of healthy snack / dessert options. This plan focuses on keeping meals enjoyable for you to adapt to a healthier lifestyle, not just a quick fix.
Supplement list: Suggested vitamins & supplements to ensure a healthier, more effective fitness journey.
"Bending the Rules": A guide I created to help you make better choices when eating out. This provides an understanding of how to keep meals healthy, or "macro-friendly" and the logic behind it.
Workout routine: Detailed gym or home-based exercise routine that I create from scratch based on your goals, experience, and the equipment you have available to you. This routine is tailored to YOU no matter what your current fitness level is.
Communication: Weekly check-ins & updates to your plan, as well as my unlimited personal guidance via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns you may have.
