A little insight...

Nearly 6 years ago, I started my journey toward fitness after being overweight all my life. To me that meant being healthy, feeling great, and loving my body image. After about a year, I found myself cancelling plans and skipping events in order to get my daily workout in. I had more energy, I invested more time in myself and my goals, and I even noticed my closest friends distancing themselves. To me, it was worth the sacrifice. I had a vision of the physique I wanted to reach and I simply wasn't there yet. Once I realized my passion for fitness, I knew it would forever be a part of my life. Throughout the years, I read books on nutrition in accordance to one's body type and age. I questioned everything about dieting and exercising, each time learning why one variation of an exercise is more effective than another, why some forms of exercise are better for different goals, and even learned a lot of the science behind the supplements all the knowledgeable athletes around me were suggesting I try. My curiosity for a fit lifestyle opened up doors for me I never in a million years imagined I would see. Today, I'm 22 years old and I've dedicated my life to helping others feel their best. I aim to be the person I wished I had guiding me when I began this journey. Between being a personal trainer and an online coach, I've acquired extensive insight of REAL people's hardships with dieting and exercising, which has allowed me to be familiar with others' battles. After my own hardships and ups & downs with fitness, in December 2017 I earned my WBFF Pro Card at my first competition in Atlantic City, NJ, where I placed 2nd in my class. I pushed my body through a drastic transformation over the course of 23 weeks, never allowing my inner doubts to win. I strongly believe we can each achieve any goal we stay committed to reaching, and I hope you all join me in ANY way so you, too, can find that willpower within yourself.
