Yes, you can book individual sessions or you can book as a monthly package, which ultimately is more economic.
How long is each session?
Each personal training session is 1 hour long.
Does your training include a diet plan?
Yes. The training is inclusive of a customized diet plan that I design according to your eating preferences, including special diets like vegan, pescatarian, etc.
