Workout routine: Five days worth of high intensity, fat-burning home workouts that would be updated with your biweekly check-ins!
* If you have 1 dumbbell or more, resistance bands or plates at home, the EQUIPMENT option is for you.
* If you don't have any weights or bands, the NO EQUIPMENT option is for you.
Personal support: Direct guidance and support from me throughout the four weeks. Questions, comments, and feedback are responded to in a timely manner and never limited.
